The challenge

As Crew Clothing entered a significant period of organisational change following private equity investment, the business wanted to strengthen trust, communication and collaboration across its leadership population.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and HR Director, we were asked to support both middle managers and the senior leadership team, helping them navigate change while creating stronger relationships and a more connected culture.

Our approach

Our work centred on emotional intelligence, creating an environment where leaders could have honest conversations, build greater self-awareness and explore the challenges facing the organisation together.

Through a combination of EQ-i, facilitated discussions, leadership development and practical team activities, we helped managers develop the confidence and skills to lead effectively through uncertainty.

One of the defining moments of the programme came when we facilitated constructive feedback from middle managers directly to the senior leadership team. These open conversations created a shared understanding of what the organisation needed and strengthened trust across different levels of the business.

The impact

The programme helped leaders communicate more openly, build stronger relationships and develop a greater understanding of one another's perspectives. As a result, the leadership team was better equipped to lead the organisation through change with confidence, empathy and clarity.
